Since the trip there would take us over 32 hours of straight travel and with only 16 days to explore the north, we wanted to make the best of it. And we did. We saw Hanoi from the back of motorbikes, followed by three days floating through the amazing islands of Bai Tu Long Bay. A rickety overnight train transported us to the breathtaking hills of Sapa, and we ended our travels wandering the lazy streets of Hoi An. The one constant? Lemongrass tea. *heart eyes* We have five plants growing in the back yard at this very moment.
