After a few reschedules, I met up with some friends last week for a few new family portraits. We hit the timing just right with the fall colors, the weather was amazing, and Asher was on his best behavior. I’d say the night was a big success.
Maycie & Kamrie
This one I was nervous about. I’ve had many previous interactions with Maycie when her mom brought her to the old job, and every single time, she’d run away from me in terror. But hidden behind my ever larger beard, I don’t think she recognized me. And within minutes, she was laughing, playing, and totally comfortable around me. WHEW!! Here are a few of my favorites from the evening, and I can’t help but grin every time I think back upon Maycie’s crazy antics throughout the shoot. She was a riot!
Hannah & Corbin
Where do I begin with these two? Fun, witty, adorable. Monday night, I met up with another old co-worker, her husband, and Hannah & Corb to make some pictures. The park we strolled through was amazing, I laughed more times than I can remember, and had just a fantastic evening. Well done you two on raising two wonderful children.
Gage
Welcome to part one of many in a new series I'm going to call ‘soon to be old co-workers kids.’ I’ve waited too long to schedule sessions with all of them, and with me leaving my job this FRI, I figure i better get crackin’. Meet Gage. He wasn’t too sure of my rather large beard when we first met, but he warmed up and got down to smiling and playing in no time. Along with his parents, we explored around downtown and had a wonderful time. And his blue eyes!
Presleigh
I know I say it with every new post, but Presleigh is the most wonderful little girl. Always smiling, always happy. I met up with her and her parents this past week, made a ton of great pictures, and had a fantastic time. Thought I’d share a few of my favorites from the shoot.
